Influence of crossfit classes with the use of trasters on the development of speedand strength endurance and functional state of female students aged 19-20 years

Relevance. In this study, the effectiveness of using trasters with a barbell in female students of 19-20years old engaged in crossfit in the elective disciplines "Physical Culture and Sport" was proved, which had a positive impact on the development of speed and strength capabilities and the functioning of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The aim of the study was to identify the features of the influence of traster exercises on the development of speed and strength endurance and increase the efficiency of the cardio-respiratory system functioning in female students aged 19-20 years in the process of crossfit training. Research methods. Review-analytical, pedagogical experiments, testing of strength training, functional state (orthostatic test, Stange test, Gench, test, Rufier test), methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. The obtained results of using trasters with a barbell in the process of crossfit training indicate a high degree of confidence in the increase in strength training (from p0.05). The same trend was observed in the study of the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in girls of the experimental group, while in the control group a significant increase was obtained only in two cases.
