Implementation of lean technologies in the activities of a professional educational organization: management aspect

The article considers the current problem of implementing lean technologies in the activities of a professional educational organization (hereinafter referred to as PEO). Lean technologies are not only a leading trend, but also an urgent need. The author draws attention to the fact that with all the variety of technologies and approaches used in the management of an educational organization, the problem of their effectiveness remains one of the most acute. Classical management methods are becoming ineffective, a search for new technologies and approaches is required to minimize resource losses and thereby ensure the stability of the functioning of PEO in the face of constant change. The introduction of lean technologies into the activities of an educational organization is impossible without forming a team of like-minded people from among the staff, members of the teaching staff and students, aimed at minimizing losses and optimizing processes, which in turn sets the task of forming lean thinking in all participants in educational relations. Teamwork ensures the interconnection and dependence of achieving results on the actions of each team member, establishes zones of joint and personal responsibility, and allows taking into account additional capabilities of people for their interchangeability. At the same time, it is advisable to create a system of balanced indicators that allows coordinating the flow of all processes of the functioning of the PEO. It is also important to organize work with information, an array of data on the basis of which management decisions are made, in order not only to ensure the availability of relevant, sufficient information at the time of its request, but also constant access to information for all interested parties.The purpose of the article is to describe the results of generalizing the experience of introducing lean technologies into the activities of Kopeysk Polytechnic College named after S. V. Khokhryakov.
