Implementation of lean technologies in the conditions of the educational system of the region

Currently, in the leading sectors of the economy in the Chelyabinsk region, the Efficient Region project is being implemented, aimed at increasing labor productivity through the introduction of methods and tools of lean production. The education system of the Chelyabinsk region has become a full participant in this project. The article argues for the use of lean technologies in the education system from various perspectives, describes the functional structure for managing the process of implementing lean technologies at the level of the regional education system and methods of work to implement the roadmap activities that ensure the mass involvement of educational organizations of preschool, school and secondary vocational education. The analysis carried out on the results of the implementation of lean technologies for two and a half years indicates the effectiveness of the process under study at the level of both educational organizations and the region as a whole.
