The author studies the innovations integrated into the field of school education and the experiment conducted by the Russian Federation on the introduction of a digital educational environment. The author divides innovations into technological and managerial ones. It has been established that the functioning of information platforms, including systems of conferences, tests, an electronic library, and methodological recommendations, expands the forms of interaction between the teacher and the student, and also allows you to perform mechanical tasks faster. Safety requirements are noted.
