The article reveals current issues of implementing personnel analytics tools (HR analytics) into the activities of the enterprise's HR department in the context of the transition of the domestic national economic system to the paradigm of the data economy. The author characterizes the main areas of HR analysis in the activities of the HR department, presents key ndicators within each area and describes the algorithm for implementing HR analytics in the enterprise.
