Introduction of innovative medical services: problems and decisions

The article presents the results of a study of state and municipal health institutions in the city of Ulyanovsk, dedicated to identifying the specifics and problems of developing innovative medical services. It was found out that in the process of designing innovative medical services, health care institutions need to build innovative communications. Within the framework of the solution of the problem, it is proposed to create regional centers of competence in the field of innovative medicine, the most important task of which will be to assist in solving urgent problems of medical institutions related to the development of innovative services.
