Implementation of an integrated dynamic planning system at a machine-building enterprise

The article discusses topical issues of improving the efficiency of production planning at a machine-building enterprise. In the course of the study, an analysis of the organization of the internal planning process was carried out, which made it possible to identify the gap between the required level of production planning and the actual effectiveness of existing methods in a particular enterprise. The main directions of planning improvement based on a comprehensive solution for the implementation of an integrated dynamic planning system for production and service processes are proposed.
