The introduction of artificial intelligence in mechanical engineering: current state and prospects

This article provides an overview of the current state and prospects of the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in mechanical engineering. The main applications of AI in the industry are analyzed, including automation of design and construction processes, production process management and product quality control. Based on research data and practical examples from various countries, including Russia, the significant impact of AI on improving the efficiency and competitiveness of mechanical engineering enterprises is substantiated. The prospects for further development of the sphere are identified, as well as the challenges facing the introduction of AI and ways to overcome them are described. This article serves as a basis for further research and discussion in the field of artificial intelligence applications in mechanical engineering.
