In modern conditions the relationship of cultural institutions and the population are increasingly moving into a commercial plane, when the specialist institution of culture is a professional organizer, which not only creates a culture of personal relationships, but also strives to be of cultural institution to income. Nowadays, it is necessary to introduce commercial principles of the organization of cultural and leisure programs for children in institutions of culture, as modern realities of the economy and the free market dictate strict rules for the running of any business, without the use of which is impossible in modern Russia the creation of large high-quality cultural and entertainment programs for children. Compliance with the four basic commercial principles in the organization of cultural and leisure programs for children will help to improve not only the administrative process of the organization, but also help to optimize the artistic and pedagogical technologies of aesthetic education of children in the institutions of culture.
