Внедрение кровесберегающей идеологии в Пироговском центре привело к утверждению «Правил назначения компонентов крови», двукратному снижению потребления эритроцитов и трехкратному - плазмы. Сформулированы актуальные задачи службы крови Пироговского центра: 1) внедрение современных трансфузионных сред; 2) обеспечение соблюдения «Правил назначения компонентов крови» и внедрение аудита практики гемотрансфузий; 3) внедрение системы менеджмента ошибок.
