Extra-judicial forms of protection of civil rights (on the example of a notary)

In the Kyrgyz Republic, there are two main forms of protection of citizens' rights - judicial and extra-judicial. The judicial form of protection of citizens' rights is most often used in a state governed by the rule of law.However, the extra-judicial form of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens has its advantages. These include judicial bodies, notaries, courts of elders, etc. The article discusses the types of extra-judicial forms of protection of citizens' rights, their activities and features. The purpose of the scientific article is to provide a legal analysis of judicial forms of protection of civil rights, using a notary as an example. The methodological basis of the study is comparative and formal-legal methods. The main conclusions of the scientific work can be used in teaching the disciplines of civil procedural law, the theory of state and law, notarial law.
