Non-judicial mechanisms for the protection of human rights in the Russian Federation

The article explores non-judicial mechanisms for protecting human and civil rights and freedoms on the territory of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the key areas of activity of state bodies, provides examples of effective work of the Commissioner for human rights, and also formulates proposals for optimizing human rights non-judicial mechanisms.
