Extrajudicial (claim) the order of consumer protection

This article, the authors of the study consider the main aspects of the pre-trial (claim) procedure for consumer protection and mediation procedures. Attention is focused on the involvement of a mediator by the parties to the dispute - a professional mediator who helps the conflicting parties to find consensus. Mediation is aimed at a joint search for all possible solutions and compromises. It is based not only on the requirements of the law, but also on the interests of the parties, the norms of morality, morality and personal life experience.
