Interspecific polymorphism of Plasmopara halstedii, revealed by SNP-markers

The polymorphism of SNP-loci Pfa6, Pha54, Pha56, Pfa82, Pfa99 for the isolates of downy mildew patho-gen Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berl. Et de Toni. from different countries was studied. It was shown that all isolates of different races from Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation are identical in loci Pfa6, Pha56, Pfa82 and Pfa99, having the same allele. The polymorphism of the isolates from Krasnodar region in locus Pfa54 had been identified. The races 330, 730, 100 differ in allelic state of that locus from the other races that were studied.
