Intragroup relations and peculiarities of the officers’ team mood

Introduction. The effectiveness of functioning of the officers’ team is a reflection of intragroup relations (their functionally positive and negative characteristics) as an indicator and socio-psychological climate in it. We believe that there is an interrelation of functional characteristics of intragroup relations with the types of mood of the officers’ team. Accordingly, it is possible to study the mood of the officers’ team by assessing the relationships formed among the members of the team.
