Article is devoted to influence of intra organizational changes on increase in management efficiency business by the organizations. Here the conclusion is drawn that intra organizational changes change the relations to the external environment, business, structure, psychological climate and in general to management of the organization. Changes in social systems not always take place on previously developed plans. In view of the fact that managers and employees of the organization differently perceive and estimate changes. it is impossible to perform transformations to the organizations by separate parts. To mean an integrated approach which considers interrelation of work of all components of the organization is necessary. That, effectively to manage changes it is necessary to reach balance of all subsystems of managerial system.
