Intraracial polymorphism of sunflower downy mildew causative agent in DNA SNP-loci

The intraracial polymorphism of 6 SNP-loci Pfa74, Pfa6, Pha54, Pha56, Pfa82 and Pfa99 of the isolates of downy mildew causative agent Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berl. Et de Toni. 330, 370 and 370 races was investigated. All studied isolates of these races are monomorphic in the loci Pfa74, Pfa6 and Pfa99. The insignificant allelic variability was revealed in 3 loci Pha54, Pha56 and Pfa82, which made for the race 330 - 14,7 %, 730 - 31,6%, 710 - 8,7 %.
