Vocal education of a professional actor in a higher educational institution

This article is devoted to the step-by-step process of training and formation of fundamental competences of vocal performance of students of the direction "Theatrical art". The article considers the urgent need to optimize the theatrical educational process and the introduction of new approaches to teaching the cycle of vocal disciplines. According to the author, successful formation of competences in the field of vocal art will be realized only on condition of activation of imaginative thinking, imagination, musical-stylistic and theatrical-figurative representations, regular enrichment of aesthetic, cognitive experience. Author presents and tested pedagogical model of step-by-step vocal education of students in the field of theatrical art taking into account their professional specifics.
