Volunteer activity of SPO students in environmental education of children

The article reflects the results of the study, the purpose of which was to study the possibilities of using student volunteer activities in the formation of ecological culture of children. The relevance of the study is due to the current socio-environmental problems and unresolved issues of the formation of ecological culture of all segments of the population and especially the younger generation. Another negative aspect is ignoring the possibilities of pedagogical impact of volunteer activities for the environmental education of school students and preschool children - the future of the country. In the course of achieving the set goal of the study, in the process of organizing volunteer activities among students of the vocational school, activities were implemented that had a positive impact on both the students themselves and the children of primary school age. The involvement of all participants in environmental activities has led to positive results, manifested in the level of ecological culture. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded about the pedagogical effectiveness of the tools of volunteer activity, contributing to the formation of ecological consciousness among the interacting subjects included in it.
