The problems of the executive implementation of the substantive structure of joint competence of the Russian Federation and its constituent territories are analyzed. The comparative-legal analysis of the executive authority structure implementing the competence concerning issues of joint competence of Soviet and modern period of the Russian statehood is carried out. The international practice of the federated states is examined. The authors offer their own classification of the executive authority carrying out the activity of the joint competence subject.
