It is customary to raise and discuss issues of legal liability in legal journals. However, legal liability may arise in the course of any professional activity, including medical workers. In this regard, we consider it appropriate to consider the issue of legal responsibility in medical activity on the pages of a specialized journal. This paper outlines the types of legal liability of medical organizations and their employees, as well as outlines the approaches to solving the complex issues of civil liability in cases of criminal and administrative non-punishable deeds.
