Issues of legal responsibility in the field of social security

This article examines the essence of responsibility in the sphere of social security in the Russian Federation through the legal regulation of this sphere. The presence and specifics of sanctions that are applied in legal relations on social security are analyzed. The types of legal responsibility are studied and the tasks of social security on the part of the Russian state are determined. The main problems of the implementation of the right in the field of social security are identified.
