The issues of mobile foreign language teaching in higher education at non-language faculties

This article presents the author's view on the issues of mobile foreign language teaching in higher education at non-linguistic faculties taking into account the results of a number of pedagogical researches; it is pointed out the necessity to organise the process of formation of language competences, choosing methods and forms of influence on the personality by means of means of mobile learning on the proposed task and under the methodical guidance of the teacher, but without his direct participation according to the designed structural-functional model of the learning process taking into account the principles outlined by the author of the article.
