Issues of land protection and reclamation

The article analyzes the issues of land protection, carrying out measures for the reclamation of lands for various purposes. The author notes that despite the well-established procedure for recultivation of used lands, there are many unresolved or unresolved issues, including legal ones. The article provides an analysis of the norms of land and environmental law aimed at preventing the degradation of land plots, restoring land to a condition suitable for use for its intended purpose. The review of judicial practice on issues related to the restoration of soil fertility, the elimination of landfills and the negative impact of anthropogenic factors is given. In the modern world of limited land and other resources, issues of reclamation and protection are of particular importance not only for the well-being of the population, but also for building an effective economic model for the development of the state. Purposeful, legal support and provision of these processes should play a significant role.
