Environmental issues in international law

Cooperation between states in the field of natural resource management and environmental protection is an important aspect of modern international politics. The importance of the strategic partnership of all states to solve environmental problems, to achieve a prosperous future and sustainable development of humanity as a whole was emphasized. This paper presents some environmental problems and ways to solve them. The methodological basis of the article consists of the following methods: comparison, theoretical and legal forecasting and analysis. The author substantiates the proposal to create a universal judicial agency for the effective resolution of environmental disputes.
