The questions of organization of corporate-legal work in financial markets

The basic questions of legal work and local-regulatory work in financial corporations are considering in this article. On the substance of law regulations the meaning of definition "financial market enterprise" proposed and the characteristics of legal work in such firms discovered. A genesis of normative regulation of legal work in Russian enterprises is researching. The author offers a definition of law work (legal work) and the basic principles of its organization. A higher role of legal work and the necessity of its improvement in modern conditions proved. The basic problems of local standard creation are considering.
