Problems of obtaining samples for comparative studies of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the highest judicial authorities in Russia

The analysis was performed: of the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitution Court of Russian Federation, the Supreme Court on the possibilities and limits of coercion in obtaining samples for comparative analysis. The grounds justifying the possibility of coercion in obtaining samples for comparative analysis, and limits such coercion have been formulated.
