Prevention of the internet anesthesia of minors in the Russian Federation

The most pressing problems of the prevention of drug addiction in children and adolescents, as well as the problems of involving Russian youth in drug crime through the Internet and social networks. Prevention is the most important area of the anti-drug activities of the state, commercial and non-profit organizations. The Russian anti-drug policy strategy focuses on the anesthesia prevention. However, in the practical implementation of preventive measures, some problems arise that require scientific consideration. The problems are considered in the criminal law, criminological and sociological aspects. The proposed solutions are aimed at creating a more modern and effective prevention system.
