Renovation issues in preserving the architectural heritage of historical cities

This article is devoted to the issue of environmental protection of architectural heritage monuments in some historical cities. The main sources of this problem are analyzed and some ways of solving it are proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the need to preserve "environmental architecture" in the context of a developing construction business - globalization and the importance of the contribution of modern architects and urban planners to the process of reviving the historical appearance of cities.
