Issues of systemic development of transport and logistics potential of the arctic zone of the Russian Federation

The article examines the issues of assessing the level of development of the transport and logistics potential of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation from the point of view ofthe stakeholder approach; indicators for assessing transport and logistics potential have been determined, on the basis of which decisions on integrated development can be made; and also formulatedthe sequence of improving the transport and logistics infrastructure, taking into account what types of resource potential of the region will be influenced by certain infrastructure elements from thepoint of view of a systems approach.
