The emergence of a significant number of new threats, the imperfection of legal regulation, the lack of the necessary level of coordination between law enforcement agencies, the lack of a uniform understanding in assessing the possibility of using certain organizational and legal means of influencing existing challenges and risks, and much more, actualize the need for a more detailed analysis of certain issues in the area under consideration. It should be noted that the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of security are traditionally quite closed, however, it requires the formulation of new problems in terms of finding effective mechanisms for solving national tasks in the field of security.
