Issues of improving state control (supervision) over compliance with mandatory requirements in the field of private security activities

Based on the analysis of the results of the control and supervisory activities of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation in the field of private security activities, the most common violations of mandatory requirements established for private security organizations in this area are classified; an assessment of the effectiveness of forms of state control (supervision) over compliance with legislation on private security activities is given. The directions of the regulatory and legal development of the control and supervisory activities of the state in the field of private security activities are shown. Legal solutions for optimizing control and supervisory activities in the field of private security activities aimed at ensuring the interests of customers of security services are proposed.
