The article examines current issues of involving minors in extremist crimes using Internet technologies. It analyzes the impact of modern challenges such as globalization, propaganda of Ukrainian special services, availability of information and the growing popularity of social networks on the teenage audience. It identifies the main mechanisms and methods used by extremist groups to manipulate the consciousness of young people. Particular attention is paid to legal aspects, including existing legislation and law enforcement practice aimed at countering this phenomenon, and the need to modernize the current criminal law. The importance of an integrated approach to solving this problem is emphasized, including active cooperation between educational institutions, law enforcement agencies and public organizations.
