Issues of interaction between modern secular and religious education in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the issues of interaction between modern secular and religious education in the Russian Federation, which acquires its conceptuality in the context of the proclamation of a secular state and is the subject of careful legislative development. Despite the fact that the main provisions on the interaction of secular and religious education within the framework of the legal framework of the Russian Federation are set out in Federal Law № 125-FL of September 26, 1997 "On Freedom of Conscience and on Religious Associations", as well as in Federal Law № 273-FL of December 29, 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation Federations", the provisions of which demonstrate the close interaction of the state with religious associations on the essence of issues related to education, there are a number of unresolved tasks on the productivity of such interaction and practical benefits in actualizing the religious aspect within the educational process. In this regard, resolving the issue of developing the fundamental foundations of interaction between secular and religious education, specifying the place of religious education in the modern system, would make it possible to certify and logically formulate the logic of state policy in this direction, which would lead, among other things, to the formation of correct guidelines and moral foundations of the modern generation.
