The article presents the experience of a professional educational organization of agricultural profile, which is implementing an innovative project "Organization of agricultural production on the farm as a condition of upbringing "Man of action". The purpose of the project, objectives and some of the results of innovational platform at the intermediate stage are described. The conditions of creation and features of children and adult production are presented.
