Article is devoted to education of empathy at youth in cultural institutions on the basis of axiological approach. Now direct impact on the content of process of education of empathy at youth in cultural institutions on the basis of axiological approach is exerted both by external determinants - mass culture, and internal - system changes in the Russian society. Continuous changes in the settled views, the points of view, estimates and the relations of youth are brought also by space time. The youth is always of interest as generation which will take in the near future the place of the main production force therefore in cultural institutions she can appear in absolutely other, event light, significant and valuable.
