Education of a culture of safe behavior in soviet youth: retrospective pedagogical analysis

The authors note that the foundations for fostering a culture of safe behavior for youth are laid in the public education system itself, and emphasize the relevance of studying aspects of education related to the culture of safe behavior for youth today. It is aimed at developing a responsible attitude towards ensuring safety in various spheres of society. The importance of concern for security is considered at the level of state ideology, and the responsibility to ensure security is considered the highest duty of every citizen. Based on the study of scientific works and analysis of practical pedagogical experience, the authors of the article examined the potential of educational practices of the Soviet period, which made it possible to identify those that can be used in existing realities and introduced into the modern educational space. The authors provide a comparative description of the distinctive features of the practice of instilling a culture of safe behavior among young people in the Soviet period and in the modern educational process in Russia.
