The paper deals with recent challenges in training young people under the conditions of poly-ethnic, multi-confession educational environment. The criteria of tolerant personality are observed. The author tries to analyze innovative methods and forms of training the humanity-oriented young person and summarize the experience in organizing and carrying out the project for youngsters «School of Tolerance».
