Educational potential of technologies in the students’ professional mobility formation

The relevant problem, that is the importance of pedagogical technologies of the students’ formation process, is discussed. The basic terms of the research are clarified: «pedagogical technology», «upbringing», «socialization», «mobility» and «professional mobility». In the modern economic world, graduates cannot always find a proper job. Market changes demand not only graduates’ readiness for professional work, but also require the profession change. It is emphasized the factors that influence on the education of personal qualities. It is proved that pedagogical technologies contribute to the students’ professional mobility formation.
