Educational process in higher educational institution in the context of digital transformation of education (on the example of discipline “Foreign language”)

The article is devoted to the issues of digital transformation of education in modern environment. Definitions of digital educational technologies were considered. A special attention was paid to using of digital transformations as an implementation of educational process in higher technical educational institution on the example of foreign language discipline. The experience of educational activity with using of digital technologies implemented at “foreign languages” department was summarized. The on-line activities conducted using Learning Management System in the context of target audience, structure, content were analyzed. Further prospects for the development of this area were identified.
