Perception of the Russian model of municipal governance in the Republic of Crimea (institutional and legal issues)

The article examines the issues of formation of the Russian municipal model of self-governance in the Republic of Crimea, specifically the issues of an adequate legal regulation and territory organization. The author conducts the analysis of municipal charters presented in the article, their assessment from the viewpoint of compliance with the federal legislation. The problems of territorial organization of municipalities are also considered.
