The involvement of the organization’s staff: a sociological analysis

The article presents the results of the questionnaire conducted in 2017 in order to study the state of involvement, satisfaction and loyalty of the staff in the State Autonomous Institution of Further Education of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The authors developed recommendations for improving the involvement of this organization’s staff.
