Initiation and consideration of cases of administrative offenses in the field of realization of citizens' electoral rights

The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of the initiation and consideration of cases of administrative offenses in the sphere of implementation of the electoral rights of citizens in the theoretical aspect and law enforcement practice, a special procedure for bringing to justice the perpetrators, the preparation and consideration of these types of offenses in court. Problems of incorrect preparation of the protocol and registration of other materials of the case or incompleteness of the materials submitted and the possibility of filling the shortcomings in the consideration of the case on the merits and possible ways to solve problems.
