Initiation of bankruptcy proceedings of an individual: theoretical and practical aspects

On the basis of a brief analysis of the regulatory legal framework, theoretical views of civil law scholars, and the positions of judicial authorities, the article analyzes the legal conditions for initiating bankruptcy proceedings for an individual, the list of necessary documents for the implementation of this procedure and organizational administrative actions of multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services.
