The article discusses methods of quantitative calculation in the environment of spreadsheets of such quantities as the quality of an object (value, usefulness), the significance of the cost factor. An example of assessing a land plot using quality coefficients is given. The author recommends using quality and materiality calculations in reports and expert opinions on the value of objects as an alternative to the judgment of the appraiser.
