The opportunity of balancing the budget of municipal education with a new approach of property management (on the materials of the city of Perm)

The article focuses on the processes of implementing digital platforms for urban property management and control over these processes in Russia. It is noted that the transition to the digital economy in our country concerns all spheres of the economy, including the management of municipal property. Based on the study of information about the property of the city of Perm, the peculiarities of its use and accessibility for citizens, taking into account the use of Internet resources, the author considers the scientific argumentation of the possibility of introducing an accessible digital property management platform. The article notes the relevance of the analysis of the use of property by citizens. It is shown that various problems arise in the management of municipal property. The work is based on the theoretical method of research. The analysis and assessment of the socio-economic consequences for the city of Perm of insufficient public control over municipal property, which show that the requirements for the provision of services in electronic form by the residents of the city are not fully met. The management of municipal property with the use of new digital technologies allows you to influence the revenue side of the city budget and its balance. The article analyzes the revenue side of the budget of the city of Perm for 2022 and 2023. Based on the generalization of the data obtained, the article draws conclusions that can be taken into account by local governments.
