The search for the markers of individual radiosensitivity is an important task of radiobiology, however, at present, there are no clinical indicators capable of evaluating this marker. The purpose of the study was to determine the coefficient of individual radiosensitivity based on the level of radio-induced apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro. Apoptosis of lymphocytes irradiated in vitro at doses from 0 to 4 Gy was estimated using the method of flow cytofluorimetry. A coefficient reflecting individual radiosensitivity was calculated based on the obtained values. It was shown that this coefficient differed between groups of healthy donors and patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It also correlated with the subsequent response to chemo-radiation therapy in the group of patients.
