Possibility of application of mediation in the activities of legal clinics

This article analyzes the activities of legal clinics on providing free legal assistance, as well as an alternative method dispute resolution is a medical procedure. The authors provide a comparative analysis of the Institute of legal clinics and mediation procedures. Besides, the principles on the basis of which the provision of free legal assistance and the procedure of reconciliation of the parties. By authors it is proposed to introduce a compulsory subject in higher educational institutions about methods of settlement and resolution of legal conflicts by reconciliation of the parties.
