Factors affecting the amount of production capacity

The purpose of this article was to analyze the possibility of using smart contracts in public procurement in the Russian Federation. The features of distributed ledger technology in its adaptation to implement the terms of the contract, as well as the advantages and limitations of using smart contracts, were considered. The issue of legislative regulation of smart contracts in Russia was studied. After analyzing the existing public procurement system, recommendations were proposed for the dissemination of the use of block chain technology in contractual relations in the territory of the Russian Federation.
