The work is devoted to studying the possibility of adaptation and application of successful world practices in the field of international service in the Tula region. International service can be considered a prototype for our country, since most often the service features of foreign countries are borrowed due to modern work practices. Thus, tourism was chosen as the main area of service activity, since for the Russian Federation this is the rise of the sphere after Covid restrictions and active work with friendly countries due to the introduction of sanctions. This work highlights promising areas of service activities in the region and defines investment agreements for the development of services in the Tula region, highlights the qualitative advantages of service activities, and places emphasis on ensuring the safety of the individual and society in the implementation of this direction of development.
